Ofsted Reports

The Vine Christian School was awarded Outstanding by Ofsted in March 14. At the latest inspection in November 2017 the Inspector felt that there needed to be more measuring and monitoring of staff and student progress, and for that reason awarded “Requires Improvement”. The Preschool was awarded an independent “Good”. The Leadership have addressed all the matters raised and look forward to the Inspector returning to find it Outstanding. “Pupils make very rapid progress in academic subjects including English and mathematics.”
“Christianity is woven through all that the school does, the school is successful in supporting pupils’ personal and academic development and in helping them to develop a strong moral compass.”
“Pupils are very well behaved. They are polite and show much consideration for adults and their fellow pupils.”

“The school’s leaders understand well what constitutes outstanding teaching and learning and ensure that it happens almost all of the time. The involvement of parents as volunteers is also impressive.”
