The Vine Christian School

Welcome by the Headmistress

Thank you for taking the time to look at our website and show interest in our unique school. Our School was founded in 2003, by parents who wanted to fulfil their God-given responsibility to educate, by providing a Bible-based education, that taught God as Creator, knowing that “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” (Proverbs 9:10)

Today, we take children from age 3 to 18 and follow a Christian curriculum that ensures that the school day itself has Christ at the centre, and is one that is individualised, self-instructional, and Biblically based, that leads towards the International Certificate of Christian Education, ICCE, a certificate comparable to Cambridge International A Levels and O Levels.

We are a non-denominational Christian school that welcomes applications for children from different backgrounds. We provide a loving and stable environment in which students can reach high standards of academic, social, moral, spiritual and emotional development. We believe that education is the parents’ God-given right and responsibility and we support parents to bring up their children in a Christian environment, whilst encouraging interactions between school and home.

We reinforce the Christian family values of the home, building wisdom, fostering respect and encouraging good discipline. Our teacher/student ratio is very high, and so we can take time with each child individually, getting to know them and helping them with their work and as they grow in character. Whilst we aim for academic excellence, we emphasize godly character above all, equipping children for their future role and God’s plan for their life.

I hope that like me, you will catch the vision for Christian education and will want to embrace it for your family. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you.
