The Vine Christian School is a faith based Ministry, the Trustees of which believe that ultimately it is God who meets all our needs, and that financial needs are (generally) temporary. In January 2020, the Trustees, in obedience to the leading of the Spirit of God, established the school’s Bursary Fund to offer financially assisted places.
GIVING TO THE FUND
The Bursary Fund is of course a Ministry to the applicants, but it is also a Ministry to the giver who feels lead of the Lord to sow into the lives of pupils and to stand in the gap for those parents/guardians who feel lead of the Lord to bring their child/ren to the school but who need financial assistance to do that. It is beholden on the Trustees to be good stewards of these gifts.

APPLICANTS TO THE FUND
The Bursary Fund is a witness of the faithfulness of God and the love of His people, to those parents who feel lead of the Lord to bring their child/ren to the school and who are looking to Him as their provider, but who need financial assistance to do that.
All applicants for a bursary must have filled in a registration form, and had an interview prior to submitting the bursary application form.
All Bursaries are means tested and may be applied for by both existing and prospective parents/guardians whose financial situation will then be confidentially assessed against various criteria set down by the School. Bursaries are awarded on an annual basis. Parents should note that a pastoral visit may be required as part of the assessment.
Applications for bursaries for the current year and entry year 2020/2021 are now open. An explanatory letter outlining dates and requirements, along with the bursary policy and application form are available to download below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with the Bursar.
